ROLLING STANDARD MIDWESTERN FOUR GRAIN WHISKEY
A complex whiskey of barley, wheat, corn and rye, aged no less than 18 months in both new and used Missouri oak barrels. Born through distiller experimentation, Rolling Standard is our expansion into something new. A marrying of two different styles of whiskey, a wheated bourbon and American single malt.

- 5 oz. Rolling Standard Midwestern Four Grain Whiskey
- ¼ oz. Cherry Heering
- ¼ oz. Dolin Rouge Vermouth
- grapefruit juice
- Garnish: grapefruit quarter wheel
Build in Collins glass, top with ice and fill with grapefruit juice. Garnish with a quartered grapefruit wheel.

- 2 oz. Rolling Standard Midwestern Four Grain
- ½ oz. Cynar
- 1 barspoon Benedictine
- Garnish: Luxardo cherry
Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.
- 1 ½ oz. Rolling Standard Midwestern Four Grain Whiskey
- ½ oz. ginger syrup
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- Laphroaig spritz
- Garnish: ginger cube
Combine ingredients, except Laphroaig, in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and top with shaker tin. Shake until cold. Spritz inside of rocks glass with Laphroaig and fill with ice. Strain into spritzed rocks glass and garnish with fresh ginger cube.
