Distilled and bottled in bond, BIB Reserve Straight Bourbon is crafted from a traditional sour mash of corn and rye, made expressly for the true connoisseur. Each batch is handcrafted in a 500-gallon column pot still—affectionately named “Chester Copperpot,” whose likeness appears on every bottle—using time-honored methods. The bourbon is then aged a full six years in signature oak barrels within our bonded warehouse, developing a depth and character worthy of its heritage.
