INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  • 1.5 oz. Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 1 tsp. Demerara Simple Syrup

  • GARNISH: Orange Peel

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until chilled and diluted, strain into an Old Fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.

INSTRUCTIONS
  • 1.5 oz. Reunion Straight Rye Whiskey

  • 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice

  • Ginger Beer

  • 5 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • GARNISH: Lemon Wedge

Combine ingredients, except ginger beer and bitters, into an ice filled Collins glass and stir until cold. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lemon wedge. Add 4-5 dashes of bitters on top.

  • 2 oz. Rolling Standard Midwestern Four Grain

  • 1/2 oz. Cynar

  • 1 barspoon Benedictine

  • GARNISH: Luxardo Cherry

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

  • 1/4 oz. KC Canning Co. Blood Orange Ginger Shrub

  • 1/4 oz. Lime Juice

  • Ginger Beer

  • GARNISH: Mint Bush

Combine ingredients, except ginger beer, in a copper mug or rocks glass. Add crushed ice and stir until cold. Top with ginger beer and more crushed ice. Garnish with mint bush.

  • 2 oz. Long Shot White Whiskey

  • 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau

  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice

  • GARNISH: Lime Wheel in Glass

Combine all ingredients to a shaker tin filled with ice. Cap, shake well then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel in glass. Kosher salt glass rim is optional.

  • 3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth

  • 1/2 tsp. Benedictine

  • GARNISH: Orange Peel

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and cap with shaker tin. Stir until cold and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Express oils over glass with orange peel and garnish.

  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

  • 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters

  • 1 oz. Barrel Strength Reunion Rye Whiskey

  • 1 oz. Orgeat

  • 1 oz. Angostura Bitters

  • 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

  • GARNISH: Orange Peel

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake then strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with an orange peel.

TRINIDAD SOUR

  • 1.5 oz. Rolling Standard Midwestern Four Grain

  • 1/4 oz. Cherry Heering

  • 1/4 oz. Dolin Rouge Vermouth

  • Grapefruit Juice

  • GARNISH: Grapefruit Quarter Wheel

Build in Collins glass, top with ice and fill with grapefruit juice. Garnish with a quartered grapefruit wheel.

  • 1 oz. Orange Juice

  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

  • GARNISH: Basil Leaf

Combine ingredients, except soda water, into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and cap with shaker tin. Shake until cold and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a basil leaf.

GOLDEN AGE

  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • Soda Water

  • 1 oz. Campari

  • 1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth

  • GARNISH: Orange Peel

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and cap with shaker tin. Shake until cold. Strain into ice filled rocks glass. Twist orange peel over glass and drop in.

  • 3/4 oz. Hayman's Sloe Gin

  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice

  • GARNISH: Mint Bush

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass and cap with a shaker tin (no ice). Dry shake for at least five seconds. Add ice and cap again. Shake vigorously until cold. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint bush.

THE SILVER FOX

  • 1 Egg White

  • 1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup

  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

  • Laphroaig Spritz

  • GARNISH: Ginger Cube

Combine ingredients, except Laphroaig, in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and top with shaker tin. Shake until cold. Spritz inside of rocks glass with Laphroaig and fill with ice. Strain into glass and garnish with fresh ginger cube.

  • 1 oz. Long Shot White Whiskey

  • 1 oz. Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao

  • 1 oz. Heavy Cream

  • 1/4 oz. Lustau Amontillado Sherry

  • GARNISH: Grated Nutmeg

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and cap with shaker tin. Shake well until cold and double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top.

  • 1 oz. Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey

  • 3/4 oz. Cointreau

  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

  • 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

  • GARNISH: Orange Peel

Combine ingredients, except sparkling wine, into a mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir until cold. Strain into wine glass or champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with orange peel.

  • 1.5 oz. Rider Vodka

  • 1/2  Lime Quartered

  • 1 Brown Sugar Cube

  • GARNISH: 2 Quartered Limes

Muddle the quartered lime and brown sugar cube in a mixing glass. Add vodka and ice and cap with shaker tin. Shake well until cold. Pour into a rocks glass and top with more ice.

  • 1 oz. Long Shot White Whiskey

  • 1 oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco Liqueur

  • 1 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth

  • GARNISH: Orange Half Wheel

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Fill with ice and cap with shaker tin. Shake until cold and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with half orange wheel in glass.

  • 2 oz. Port Finished Reunion Straight Rye

  • 1/4 oz  Rum Simple Syrup

  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

  • GARNISH: 1 Lemon Peel

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail stirrer, add ice then stir to desired temperature. Strain into a martini/coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
